Rates and Insurance

My self-pay rate per 50-minute session, effective January 1, 2022, is $175 (not utilizing insurance). Many clients prefer to opt out of utilizing their insurance benefits and instead pay privately to maintain more flexibility around their therapy experience and better control over their mental health records. Insurance companies can dictate the type, frequency, and duration of therapy sessions they allow their members. Insurance companies also require mandatory diagnosis for treatment. Self-pay guarantees your privacy; there is no mandatory diagnosis for treatment and nothing is reported to your health insurance or employer.

• Cigna

• Priority

• United and Optum (Oscar and Oxford)

All payments and copays are due at the time of service. Credit/debit cards and HSA cards are accepted. A credit/debit card is required to be kept on file through my secure, HIPAA-compliant online portal.
